Delivery
Delivery options, costs and timescales are set by each retailer and shown at their checkout. Compare the delivery charge as well as the item price — the cheapest listing is not always the cheapest order total.
Returns
UK consumers usually have 14 days to cancel most online orders, though sealed beauty items opened after delivery can be excluded for hygiene reasons. Check the retailer's returns policy before ordering.
Refunds and faults
Refunds are issued by the retailer to your original payment method. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, raise it with that retailer's customer service team.
