This makes it significantly healthier than permanent hair dyes, as it does not strip the hair of its natural color and causes less damage to the hair fiber. When using semi-permanent hair dye, only the top layer of the hair is colored, so the shade washes out completely after about 20 washes. Kadus Extra Rich Creme Demi Permanent semi-permanent hair color is intended only for subtle color changes, enhancing existing color, or adding a richer tone.
