A moisturizing tone-up serum-primer offers instant brightening effect and helps create a radiant skin appearance with sun protection. Serum-primer covers and gives vitality to a dull tone of light skin, which has uneven skin tone, gives brightness, transparency and freshness. It has moisture-holding and nutritional properties. Resistant polymer creates the finest coating, smooths out the texture of the skin and therefore creates even canvas for make up application.
