Voltarol Back & Muscle Pain Relief 1.16% Gel is a targeted pain relief gel designed to help relieve stiff muscles, joints, sprains, strains, and sports injuries. The formula contains diclofenac, which works deep in muscle tissue to help reduce pain and inflammation while supporting movement and recovery. What are the key features? Provides targeted relief for back, knee, neck, and muscle pain. Contains a unique 1.16% diclofenac formulation for anti-inflammatory action. Helps relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and restore movement. Ingredients What are the active ingredients? Active ingredient: Diclofenac Diethylammonium 1.16% w/w. Also contains: Diethylamine, carbomers, cetomacrogol, cocoyl caprylocaprate, isopropyl alcohol, liquid paraffin, perfume creme 45 (containing benzyl benzoate), propylene glycol, purified water. Ingredients Usage How to use Voltarol Back & Muscle Pain Relief 1.16% Gel 100g Gently rub or massage a small amount of gel into the skin around the painful or swollen area. The amount needed will vary depending on the size of the painful or swollen area. Apply 2 times daily, preferably morning and evening, unless your doctor tells you otherwise (maximum daily dosage 8 g). Do not use this medicine for more than 14 days unless longer treatment is recommended by a doctor. If the pain and swelling do not improve within 7 days, or if they get worse, tell your doctor. Usage Warnings Precautions to consider before using Voltarol Back & Muscle Pain Relief 1.16% Gel 100g Do not use if you are allergic to diclofenac, aspirin, or other NSAIDs, or have previously experienced an allergic reaction to these ingredients. Do not use if you are taking diclofenac or other NSAIDs such as aspirin or ibuprofen. Do not use on children under 14 years of age. Consult your doctor or pharmacist before using if you have a stomach or duodenal ulcer, or are pregnant or breast-feeding. Do not apply to cuts, wounds, sunburned skin, abnormal skin areas, or near the eyes or nose. Do not cover with a bandage or plaster. Do not use if the seal is broken. Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Use this medicine only on your skin. Do not smoke or go near naked flames; clothing and bedding with this product dried on them can catch fire easily.
