Aqua, Coco-Caprylate/ Caprate, Propylene Glycol, Ceteareth-20, Paraffinum Liquidum, Phenoxyethanol, Camphor, Carbomer, Vanillyl Butyl Ether, Menthol, SodiumHydroxide, 1 , 2-Hexanediol, Caprylyl Glycol, Zingiber Officinale (Ginger) Root Extract, BHT, Ascorbyl Palmitate. Ingredients Usage How to use VoltaHeat Warming Non-Medicated Gel 50g Gently rub a grape-sized amount (between 2-3 g) of the moisturising gel onto targeted areas such as the back, shoulders, or other desired areas until absorbed. Use up to 3 times a day. If needed, adjust the amount up to 3 g per application to achieve the desired warming intensity. After application, rinse hands thoroughly with water.
