Remove the protective film from the patch and apply the patch to the affected area, adhesive side onto skin or on clothing if too hot. To remove, slowly peel off the patch and dispose of it in normal household waste. Do not leave the patch on the same area of skin for more than 8 hours in any 24-hour period. Do not use more than one heat patch per day on the same area of skin. Do not cut, pierce, allow the patch to get wet, attempt to reheat, or ingest the patch. This patch contains iron. In case of ingestion, seek medical attention immediately.
