Ingredients Usage How to use Sudafed Blocked Nose & Sinus Capsules 16 Swallow two capsules whole with water, not to be chewed, every 4 to 6 hours as required. Do not exceed more than 8 capsules (4 doses) in any 24 hour period. Make sure to leave at least 4 to 6 hours between doses. Do not use for more than 3 days without consulting your doctor. Usage Warnings Precautions to consider before using Sudafed Blocked Nose & Sinus Capsules 16 Designed for adults, the elderly and children aged 16 years and over. Do not give to children under 16 years. Avoid taking any other medicine containing paracetamol while using this product.
