Remove the transparent protective layer. Apply the patch to clothing or bedding at a distance of at least 30cm from the face, preferably near the chest. Remove the patch gently at the end of the application. Once opened, use immediately. Do not use more than one patch at a time, and not more than 3 in a 24hr period.
